How to Apply It

Rinsing — Read This Part Carefully

- A garden hose won’t cut it — you need a pressure washer for proper removal
- Skip turbo or rotary nozzles, and adjust pressure and standoff distance to protect the wood fibers
For the best result: start at the highest point of the surface and work downward, using long, even strokes with the grain, and keep rinsing until there’s little to no sudsing left. The longer the product sat before you rinsed, the more rinsing it’ll take to fully clear.
After You Rinse
Pressure washing can raise the grain on some wood species. If that happens, a light sanding pass or a scrub with a polishing pad will smooth things back out before you move on to finishing.
